Biography:
Margaret Ng is an associate in Lobb & Cliff’s Business Counseling and Private Clients Group department.
Margaret Ng graduated from Duke University, holding a degree in Political Science. While attending Duke, Ms. Ng was on the Dean’s List many occasions and was inducted into the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society. She also ran the hurdles and relays for Duke’s track and field team.
Ms. Ng earned her juris doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2005. While attending the University of North Carolina, Ms. Ng concentrated her studies on finance law. She served as an Articles and Notes Editor for the North Carolina Banking Journal and participated in the North Carolina Banking Institute Conference in Charlotte, North Carolina. During her summers, Ms. Ng clerked at regional business law firms on the East Coast.
Ms. Ng has worked in an international business setting prior to attending law school and is conversant in Mandarin. Prior to joining Lobb & Cliff, Ms. Ng received an LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University School of Law. Ms. Ng is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, and the Riverside County Bar Association.
