Education: Biography: Mark Lobb is a founding partner and the managing partner of Lobb & Cliff. Mr. Lobb oversees the Private Clients Group, which provides a full spectrum of legal services for high net-worth entrepreneurs, their businesses, and their families. The practice area’s attorneys, and Mr. Lobb in particular, act as General Counsel for the firm’s private clients. Mr. Lobb provides general corporate counseling, negotiates and oversees real estate transactions and assists clients in structuring their tax and estate plans. Mr. Lobb also manages civil litigation for clients. Mr. Lobb has overseen the legal audit of the marketing, sales, accounting, and risk management departments of a large real estate development company; managed the tax planning for the owners of one of the fastest growing food chains in California; managed the real property transactions for one of the largest commercial developers in Southern California; implemented several estate plans for high net-worth individuals; and managed litigation counsel on several multi-million dollar lawsuits for large, closely held companies. Mr. Lobb is a past Arbitrator for the California State Bar's Mandatory Fee Arbitration Program (MFA), an informal, low cost forum for resolving fee disputes between lawyers and their clients, and has volunteered for the Public Service Law Corporation (PSLC), a non-profit organization established to provide legal services to those who cannot afford an attorney. He is a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, a collegial forum for the discussion of business litigation issues, and the Riverside County Bar Association. Mr. Lobb is a member of The State Bar of California and its sections on Business Law, Real Property Law and Trusts and Estates. |
